No. I don't care as much because there are no expectations. I kinda like it!! Now the Ducks on the other hand......

No. But last year my amount of "guhs", followed by TV turn-offs, exponentially increased.

Not nearly as much as I did before Nate was fired last year.

    Yes.

My wife has threatened to duct tape my mouth closed, and has banished me to another TV room.

I also go into 'brat attack FF mode' where I speed through to the end of the game because I get so pissed off by what I think are bad plays. (i.e. allowing Houston to shoot the 3 to tie, rather than fouling for possession)

I know, I know, time for therapy.

Let's not even discuss the Ducks game.....

Have you guys ever noticed that Nolan Smith looks like that starving Indian kid from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.

I'm actually super chillaxed about the team this year.

They play really unselfishly, Lillard has far exceeded my expectations, Nic has really stepped up his game ... and we'll probably still end up with a decent lottery pick because our bench is so fucking awful.

    Good times.

Yeah my swearing is way down this year. Like others have said the expectations are too low to get worked up. The better the team, the more each game means. (or so I used think when home court advantage seemed so important. )

    LOL!

I thought you kept calling your son back in the room so I couldn't cuss during the duck game last night.

No, not at all. I knew we were going to let some fly and I'm pretty sure he has heard a few of those in the past.

I used to be that way. Now not so much. However if I have money on the game, then I can let some F bombs fly.

Re: Do you find yourself using more bad language than usual when watching the Blazers

I got so mad and cursed more at this game then I have since last year. I even stood up halfway through the third quarter and started doing some of the chores my wife had asked me to do hours earlier.

I didn't cuss, but I hopped up and down and I kicked in the front door.
