Whether we get a new GM and/or a new coach, at least we have three guys that we can build a team around, now. DeRozan's a hard worker who continues to add to his game and increase his potential. Lowry looks like an All-Star. Valanciunas is legit. The rest of the team is a bad fit around them. Hopefully whoever is in charge can stop the bleeding or at least start to make moves to get a better fit. Needs: - active wing defender who can hit open jump shots (every team wants one) - high energy power forward who can demand attention from the defence (amir johnson is close but not enough of a scoring threat) - bench scoring (looking at you, t-ross & 2008 slash and dish Calderon) - more veterans
