    Is anybody else not surprised that the first player fined is a role player?

    Fine Blake Griffin or Manu Ginobli, and then I'll believe that this new rule has teeth.

    So is this flopping rule only for when the refs blow there whistle and a foul is called? If that's the case this rule is really fucked up! Oh it looks like LeBron just flopped guys hold off on blowing the whistle so he does not get fined. Lets pick someone out we don't like.

    You can add Chris Paul to that list too.

    However, the thing about Evans is, that even though he's a role player, he's still one of the most notorious floppers in the league at the same time. I don't really have a problem with him being fine #1.
