He had 4 points and 4 turnovers in 34 minutes last night. His team lost at home to the Hornets. His numbers are way down from his career averages. Who would want this garbage over Aldridge?

He has no point guard to play with......

No seriously your point is well taken. Good players have bad games.

If LaMarcus had 4 points and 4 turnovers, this board would go freaking nuts.

After his rookie year iv been less and less impresssd with his game. To say nothing about his attitude on the court and just his skill set I think having paul is actually a detriment for someone like him. Griffin needs to work on his post moves and shot a lot when you have a pg like paul who prefores to slow the game down at half court. With his inability to improve in those areas recently I think he would be better suited with a gaurd who wants to constantly run and can take advantage of griffins extreme athleticism.
Defensively griffin is the same as a rookie, seemingly lost on rotations and cant gaurd one on one and seems to not fully grasp help defense. Seems to rely on "flopping" a little to much.

If he had 4 rebounds, we'd go nuts with joy over his new personal best.

I think teams are beginning to understand just how to play him. Make him shoot the 15-20 footers and foul him if he's anywhere in scoring position by the rim. He sucks at free-throws and his outside shot is almost as bad.

    http://espn.go.com/nba/player/gamelog/_/id/2983/lamarcus-aldridge

Rebounds: 3 vs. LAL, 15 vs. OKC, 11 vs. Hou, 7 vs. DAL, 4 vs. Clippers, 4 vs. SA, 6 vs. ATL, 5 vs. SAC, 6 vs. HOU, 13 vs. CHI, 7 vs. PHO, 6 vs. Min, 10 vs. DET.

If you are going to reach for straws; do so with dignity. Aldridge has had at least 4 rebounds. He averages 7.8 rebounds all season.

    TRY AGAIN

Okay, if he had FIVE rebounds, we'd go nuts with joy over his new personal best. Happy?

He averages 7.8 rebounds this season. Obviously your math is a bit 1st grade I guess.

LMA is a rebounding beast, but he is too nice, he wants hickson to get a max contract next year so he is allowing him to get most of them

Rebounding stats are misleading. When I play NBA2K13 My Career mode, the easiest way to get a lot of rebounds is to sag off your man, disregard defense, and make sure you're there to grab the rebound if there is a miss.

This is what Kevin Love does.

i usually play as a 7'6" PG, turn down 3pt sliders, sag off the pg and grab around 40 rpg

they usually shoot 6-49 or so

I already know that. jp is a serious Aldridge hater. I just like taking his hate and making him look silly with statements like this.

You embarrass fellow acidheads with your linear thinking. You take a putdown joke literally instead of figuratively. Since you apparently require a serious answer--

I don't hate Aldridge. Aldridge haters propose trading him for scraps. I want to wait patiently for a Dwight Howard situation and trade up, not down. Because of his big name, he's worth more in a trade than he is playing for us--unless we trade him for scraps.
