Re: Who is the real point guard or iniator of the lakers> Smush doesn't do anything to be a PG. He only guards the PG, which he has trouble doing that...You can't really call Odom the PG, but he is the closest thing to it, aka the Initiator. Kobe played this position when Shaq was in LA.

There ya gdom runs the offense sometimes, but that doesnt make him a pg, it just makes him a ball handler. I think that your thinking that playing pg means serving a certain role. It doesn't.
