    Olshey's plan will take 3 years to return to the playoffs. In the same amount of time, Whitsitt would have had us in the conference finals.

    Whitsitt would be just as effective today. Long before he came here, as Sonics GM, he had no Allen advantage in taking on larger contracts, yet still made a series of great trades which put the Sonics into the Finals.

    No lie, Im sure he meant it at the time and changed his mind. I felt the same way at the time but Lillard has made things more tolerable. Its like when you break up with your girlfriend you think fuck this dating shit, Im never doing that again. A few weeks to months later though you taking some tramp out and trying to get her drunk.
