University of Alabama basketball center Carl Engstrom will miss the remainder of the season after having surgery to repair a torn ACL and MCL in his left knee. The university said surgery was performed on Tuesday morning by Dr. Lyle Cain of Andrews Sports Medicine at St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham, Ala.
