For the record, other than size, Rose and Lillard are nothing alike.

You can't see the similarities in poise, ball handling, and control? DRose is one of the smoothest attackers.

I don't see the same type of ball handling or passing. I also think Rose got to the basket easier. Not a knock on Lillard, because Rose was a legitimate MVP candidate. Damian is explosive, but Rose was on a different level.

It's not hard to imagine Lillard pulling off these pretty sweet Stephen Curry moves:

I did like how Miller said the he noticed that Lillard liked to go left on the his drives, and then spent a few minutes talking about how teams will figure that out, and he'd have to adjust.

The next time Lillard came in the game, he beat his defender two times in a row by going right. Quick learner, that Lillard!

    Rose is Lillard's ceiling.

    Rose is already Rose.

In terms of style of play, I think Rose and Curry are both the closest thing to Lillard's own style of play, though.

Chris Jackson had his day. I remember watching him when I was young and he was a baller.

lillard can put up similar stats to alot of these guys, but watching rose, they have vastly different games

roses hesitation moves and crossover are top 5 in the nba

You know, it seems like the crossover is a bit of a lost art. There used to be so many guys who had amazing crossover dribbles. Did the league crack down on it?

That might be the compression of history in your mind; I don't think there were more than a couple point guards at a time who had amazing crossovers.

Very few could do it well. It was talked about a lot, so it seemed bigger than it was.
