By the time the militia is actually mobilized, the decision making in the government will not have the Geneva convention in kind. You don't think they have stockpiles of chemical weapons the average militia doesn't have?

lol so do all the other countries that get overthrown im not advocating it by any means, but if it comes to it, the founders were all for it, by force and 99% of the military would revolt if they started nuking and gassing their friends and families
The only way the Taliban can get the U.S. to leave is hiding/waiting them out. They won't be forcing the United States to retreat anytime soon.
