    I was looking into when/where the group Anonymous started and came across something called Darkweb, or Deepweb.

    Apparently this is the place where you can buy anything from drugs, guns to hiring real hitmen. A warped version of Wiki.

    The browser required 'Tor' -- how is this legal?
