    Blazers have been to WCF 6 times: 77, 90, 91, 92, 99, 00

    They were the number 1 seed in the West in the 2004 playoffs. KG won MVP but Kareem Rush made a bunch of threes and the Lakers upset them in the Western Conference Finals. To be fair, Cassell was hurt but oh well.
