    I don't know why I get such bad video quality on Watch ESPN. I have a really good computer, I have a really good connection, but it's always very poor quality.

    Eh, I don't know if LMJ would have done better. They're stacked in the middle to stop the run. We aren't doing anything to punish them for it.

    There is a tab at the bottom of the screen to change the video settings. Use it.

    Click into full screen and you should see a gear icon at the bottom of the screen. That is how you adjust your video settings.

    Change your settings and then click out of full screen.

    Hope that helps.
