They are good players, but Chip gives their team an edge that will no longer exist. Plus their motivation will be reduced with no bowl game to play for.

 

On a scale of 1-10, how disappointed will you be when:

A) The beavs still lose to the Ducks next year

B) The Ducks have no bowl ban

C) Marcus Mariota wins the Heisman

 

D'AT will steal Mariota's Heisman next year.

 

I doubt it for two reasons.

1. The voters love quarterbacks.

2. The Duck offense spreads the ball around too much for DAT to put up the kind of numbers that would get him the Heisman.
