Portis goes down.

Breaking news. Clinton Portis went down a few minutes ago. something about his left shoulder. He tackled somebody after a 52 yard return and left the game. he wont return.

 

What the hell? What was he doing tackleing somebody on a special teams play? Edit: Wow, I see it at the bottom right of ESPN News, it must be serious.

 

They're reporting now X-Rays are negative.Edit: It's a dislocated shoulder.

 

I feel kind of sick for saying this, but as an Eagles fan I hope he is out for a while.

 

What's going to happen to him? Will this keep the Skins out of the post season?

 

There's no timetable yet for how long he'll be out. I guess we'll have to wait for the MRI results.

Washington would be screwed at would be at the cellar if he's out for a long period of time.

 

Washington wouldnt be at the cellar if they lost one player. Thats rediculous. They have a really good recieving corp now, including their TE, Chris Cooley. Also, their defense is what makes them win alot of games.

 

Looks like he will be fine...we just have to hope (kidding) that Larry Johnson goes down. :shifty2:

 

Larry Johnson is a tank. It would take alot for a guy like that to go down.

Well I feel F*cked I picked Portis with my 5th overall pick in Yahoo Fantasy in a league me and my friends were doing together so I guess I'm going to have to work with what I have but this sucks,my first overall pick is injured and it's a serious injury too.

 

anyone hear about the guy on the saints that got hit by the mascot in the golf cart while throwing footballs to the fans? i dont know what the hell a "Saint" mascot is, but i heard the player attacked him after thatrofl

^Yeah, it was PF11.
