    I voted "very excited". I also enjoy my winter sports, and since I'm not a fan of football or a huge fan of Basketball, hockey is great.

    I think the pace of the short season could make for some great games. Every point is going to be vital. The last months of the season will be a bloodbath.

    Long seasons tend to favour the experienced teams. Veterans can peak at the right time. A fast season could make for wild results, unpredictable playoff seeding and whatnot.

    I honestly think this season should just be a lost. Not enough time to train to have a fair game.
