Fuck me...This is not the year for this team. They are playing beyond anyone's expectations. They have heart. That people will sit and nitpick about this player and that who has an off night....What a miserable life one must lead.

Great effort, but really only in the 4th quarter. I LOVE how much heart this team has, and that there is no quit in them. I understand that's what you're getting at, but the effort in the first 3 quarters by the vast majority of the team was terrible. Aldridge played the worst game I have seen from him in years.

NBA players play back to backs all the time. We were 5-3 in them going into tonight. There is no reason to give such little effort in the first half. I can understand running out of gas at the end, but our effort the first 3 quarters was pretty bad.

That said, you can't win them all. I love that we don't quit, and Lillard is the man!!!

    Babbitt.

    Wes.

    Aldridge.

    Bench.

    That's why we lost.

I agree it was an awful game for a lot of players, but Aldridge is supposed to be our star/franchise player and laid an egg tonight and got crapped on by Lee. Oh well, I expected us to lose anyway.

Yeah I don't get it. It's pretty obvious that blue is trolling, but to put this solely on Aldridge is pathetic. Batum had a poor shooting night, so did hickson. Our starting 5 other than lillard were all shit

His defensive closeouts were pretty terrible from what I saw ... but then again after all the effort expended last night it doesn't bother me in the slightest. This was a guaranteed loss ... and even then they showed some guts and came back to make it close.

I see Thompson stagnating. He had a solid finish to his rookie year, but his dumbass decisions are catching up to him this year. Curry and Lee, tho. Damn.

LA's conditioning just isn't this same this year. He looked dog tired. W/e. I give him a pass on this game.

Yeah, but they're fucking killing the Lakers. I'd call that a fair trade.

Wow! The whole team, except for Lillard and Batum, plays like absolute shit, and we are right there at the end thanks to Lillard. And it seems that GS pays off the refs at home, because I always see the worst officiating in Golden State!

Luke Babbit was horrible tonight....2-10 on his 3s and he had alot of open looks. That's the only thing he's paid for! The saddest thing is, he's our best bench player right now, but he's shooting under 35% from 3pt range....that doesn't cut it as a 3pt specialist.

Take away Lillard and this team shot 20-67 29% from the field. Babbit and Matthews combine for 4-21 from 3pt range....

I stand corrected on saying he shot poorly. He did gave some sucky turn overs though, but he and the other players get a pass. I mean they beat the defending champs.

I think Thompson is going to end up a pretty good player when it's all said and done.

So many players struggle when they play in their home towns. But wow, Dame. Holy shit.

I agree, but fans are fans. Best to vent on a message board. Personally I still don't think we'll make the playoffs, I just think the starters will wear down. But I like their heart and they've proved me wrong so far.

Again, didn't see the game, but Batum finished with 9 rebounds and 16 points on decent shooting. Other than that....doesn't look good...our assist guys -- Lillard and Batum -- couldn't buy an assist when their teammates couldn't make a shot.

I'll give Wesley a huge pass after the game he played last night. Babbitt on the other hand can suck a bag of dicks, he's awful.

it wasn't even that he put up 37. It was that every single effing thing that left his hand in the 2nd half didn't touch rim. Even the 35' Heat Check. Even the stop-and-pop fallaway 3 with 22 seconds left.
