Voskuhl averaged 5.3 points and 3.6 rebounds for Charlotte last season as a backup to starting center Primoz Brezec. "Bringing Jake back to our team provides experienced depth at the center position," Bobcats coach and general manager Bernie Bickerstaff said. "Jake has been a solid contributor for us on both ends of the court." The 28-year-old Voskuhl, acquired last summer from Phoenix in exchange for a conditional second-round draft pick, missed 31 games last season with various injuries. He came on late in the season, scoring 18 points against Detroit in March.
