It is kind of like when a College team from TEN hires a Coach with ties to the Houston-area. A lot of players from that area then get recruited.
I actually forgot about CJ and wouldn't mind him back here. We could certainly use his size, athleticism, and shot blocking.
Jeffries is good for keeping the ball moving and making a passable effort on defense, but he's one of the most inept offensive players in the league. CJ may not be a whole lot better on offense, but at least he has the size to be disruptive. With Jeffries on the floor, it's always 4 on 5 basketball. (Ditto for Price, Smith, Pavlovich, Claver, etc. Is it any wonder why our bench sucks so bad?)
