Can we trade out first rounder come draft day? I don't know if we qualify, but if we reach the lotto and we don't win top three; could we trade the pick? If yes, then we may be in good position to trade out pick and cap space to give someone a huge trade exemption for the pick and player.
I don't see why not. We used all our picks last year, so there shouldn't be a restriction on trading away that pick this year.
