Texas A&M has hired Jake Spavital as co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach and Jeff Banks as special teams and tight ends coach. Spavital comes to College Station to replace Kliff Kingsbury, who left to become Texas Tech's coach. Spavital spent the last two seasons coaching quarterbacks at West Virginia. Before that he worked at UTEP with coach Mike Price.
