Whats said is (quickly changing this because you meant the Nuggets and not the Blazers)... In 1984, the year before the Blazers traded for Kiki, they won 48 games. The year after? 42. the year after that? 40. It wasn't until the next year, 86-87, that they finally got back to where they were (record wise) before they traded for Kiki. 49-33. They finally broke the 50 win barrier the next year (53-29), but kiki was injured for most of the season. Not a good trade, imho. Although Floppy Divacs for what turned into Kobe Bryant is worse.
I believe the Clippers capspace is tied up in what they'll end up paying Chris Paul, and what they are paying Blake (which hoopshype at least doesn't have represented yet)
I enjoyed that show. Always seeing those complete losers getting surprised when Chris Hansen comes around the corner and they're sportin' wood for a fake 14 year old girl or boy.
I was surprised with what I came up with when I wiki'd Lebanon, Oregon. Quite a few notable people, Ben Howland, Howard Hesseman from WKRP Cincinnati, Time Winters who played in MacGyver, killer Katherine Power and several pro athletes. Also, it is home to the World Largest strawberry short cake. Color me impressed.
No Wookiees on Wiki? Come and see the violence inherent in the system! Come and see the violence inherent in the system! Help! Help! I'm being repressed!
That singer who used to be one of the Dukes of Hazard boys has close relatives there. He did some kind of benefit there not too long ago. Not that I'm impressed, but, it's a slow Blazers day.
