The Rockets beat the Jazz 125-80 in Utah. How random is that? Who pissed off the Rockets?

raptors supposedly offering calderon/ed davis for rudy gay. that would be some serious talent off the bench for the griz. also it would be funny if bayless ended up back in toronto.

Nuggets gifted a win against IND. I swear they had a similar win against us a few years back.

wtf is toronto doing man, they trade a lotto pick for lowry, now they are shopping him, huge extension for derozan then they draft terrance ross, bargnani is garbage, ed davis is like their only good player with potential...and they want to trade him for rudy gay at 20 million a year?

I wonder if Indy has any interest in trading Hibbert.

More of a tweak than anything. Jarret Jack caught fire and the W's had a semi comfortable lead against TOR. After the game Curry likened it to his tweak/ankle sprain a few weeks back that made him miss two games. He's a game time decision tomorrow.

Only caught the second half, but between that and ample Warriors forums and whatnot I can give you the consensus: he looked pretty good. Athletically, he looks at least a step slower than he did prior. Maybe he'll get some of that back, maybe not. He was never a freak athlete anyway. Still has sensational timing on shotblocking and great technique, and hes a big mf'er.

In short, the team looks completely different because we don't have to pick between playing 4 on 5 with Festus/Andris at C or playing the Division I college team lineup with Lee/Landry as double forwards up front. Just having a 7'0 C who can catch and finish around the rim changes the dynamic a lot. And it lets us stay big and pound people on the glass. Perhaps my favorite potential development is that Klay's greenlight to shoot whatever he wants gets a little bit dimmer as Bogut challenges for the #3 option on offense and Klay settles into a role that suits him better.

But Bogut can do more than just catch and finish. He and Lee are two of the best passing bigs in the league, and they already have chemistry. Barnes looked good slashing through the trees and could really benefit from a big-man initiated offense a la early 2000's Sacramento. Bogut can keep a defense honest with his jumper. His defense is clearly better than Festus/Andris, who aren't bad on defense either. He sets great picks.

The beauty is he doesn't have to disrupt Curry or Lee's offense much. Klay will definitely be affected on offense, but since hes shooting 40% from the field, it should be a good thing. RJ has dialed back the clock, but with Bogut playing I think he'll really supplant Draymond Green in the rotation because Green's rebounding and defense is needed less and RJ's 3 point shooting and slashing is needed more. Bogut can just focus in on being the anchor of the defense, rebounding, getting some touches on the block, and taking what the defense gives him.

Watching this Pacer/Nugget game. It is absolutely painful to watch Hibbert stumble up and down the court. And his post game make Hickson's look like Hakeem! I was really really really wanting him to land in Portland, but it's amazing that he landed a MAX deal. His game would fit perfectly with LA, but damn his offensive game belongs in Boise!

@ESPNStatsInfo: Rockets beat Jazz by 45 points. They've only had one ROAD win by more than 45 points-- a 50-point win against the 76ers in 2007.

@ESPNStatsInfo: The Jazz lost to the Rockets by 45 points. They'd never lost a HOME GAME by more than 33 points before tonight.

@ESPNChrisPalmer: Only 4 forwards have more career assists than LeBron James: Pippen, Bird, Malone and KG.
