San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Justin Smith estimated Wednesday that his triceps is at least 50 percent torn. "I'm not sure the exact percentage, I think 50 or something. A little bit over maybe," Smith said Wednesday of his injury. The defensive tackle suffered the injury on Dec. 16 against the Patriots and missed the final two games of the regular season, ending his streak of 185 consecutive starts.
