In response to Rod Black's question as to whether he was done making deals, Colangelo insisted he wasn't.

    So, who's next?

Seems our glaring issue is overcrowding at the wing. There is not enough burn for four big money rotation players (Gay, DeRozan, Fields, Kleiza) with Anderson and Ross. At least two of those guys need to go or at least see their playing time cut to nothing. If we do need to make a trade the only player we can realistically move is Ross and I hope to hell we don't. Other priorities would be to move Bargnani but nobody wants him so I can't see it happening, and to pick up another point guard. We can probably get one in free agency.

I really hope we don't trade Ross either. I also don't think we could get a lot back for guys like Kleiza or Anderson. Fields could probably fetch something if he wasn't on that terrible contract.

Please move AB, LK or AA. Could we give Demar and Bargs for someone?

How about Harris and JSmooth for Bargs, DeRozan, and Kleiza?

Too good off a deal for us. Smith is a great player but obviously won't resign in Atlanta. Hawks want to move him for something rather than lose him for nothing. But they would be taking on a lot of salary in this. We need to give a pick or Ross or something of value.

Can Smith play the 4? Actually, with the way the league is going with less and less legit big guys he could be good there either way. But I doubt that trade would happen without BC overpaying and throwing in something really valuable.

Bargs has low value but DeRozan is a decent gamble for some teams. He looks to be a 18-20ppg scorer in the league for a few years and most teams will pay $10m for that if the player is efficient and reasonably well behaved.

However DeRozan has a poison pill provision in his contract which makes him difficult to move.

What do you guys think the odds of a Gasol for Bargnani and Fields deal is?

Low. I can't see us adding two $20-million/year players at once. Stranger things have happened, I suppose.

JSmith for Bargs and Ross might be possible. Apparently Smooth is also buddy-buddy with Gay, plus he fits the "tall, versatile" mantra that BC keeps repeating. Presumably he'd have to agree to an extension first.

We can probably put the Gasol rumours to rest, out for the season basically. Also the slim possibility of making the playoffs this year is also gone
