    In the three final days leading up to a fight, Gleison Tibau, who fights at lightweight, cuts an astonishing 13kg (29-lbs.). Keep in mind this is just in the final 72-hours, meaning he's probably already been cutting prior. Tibau supposedly trains at about 190+ pounds and rehydrates close to that for the fight. Extreme dehydration weight-cutting can lead to kidney (renal) failure.

    He should probably stop, besides the obvious health reasons, it's not like the extra weight has helped him become a champion or really high end fighter.
