    There are two types of bans - user and IP. I'm assuming that either Mixum didn't get an IP ban or wound up with a new IP...

    Regardless, can the mods please handle this situation? Ya'll really should have gotten rid of him about 100 posts ago. Fairness and policies aside, this douchebag needs to stop trolling the forum.
