Spike has ordered ten hour-long episodes of Fight Master: Bellator MMA, Bellator Fighting Championship's inaugural foray into reality television. In a familiar format, 32 aspiring fighters will compete for a chance at a six-figure contract with the promotion. There to guide them will be veteran fighters and coaches including Randy Couture, Greg Jackson, Frank Shamrock, and Joe Warren. It is an MMA take on FOX's Kitchen Nightmares starring Gordon Ramsey. Spike has ordered three episodes of MMA Rescue which is expected to follow Couture as he helps revitalize three struggling or incompetent MMA clubs.

TUF is having trouble producing even marginal UFC talent these days. The last season only graduated four fighters and even that number could go down.
