The Philadelphia Eagles will hire Billy Davis as the defensive coordinator on coach Chip Kelly's staff, sources confirmed to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Davis' addition to Kelly's staff had earlier been reported by multiple media outlets in Philadelphia. Former Cleveland Browns coach Pat Shurmur is expected to be named the Eagles' offensive coordinator, sources have said.
