Absolutely the wrong thing to do, but I would do the exact same thing if some asshole drunk driver murdered my children. He had nothing to live for anyway. Fucking pisses me off. CALL A DAMN CAB, or a friend, or something...
I don't know how I would have handled the situation, but he had something to live for in a wife and two other children.
I probably would have done the same thing. My children are my world. Anyone that took that away from me dies!
Yeah I missed that too. I can understand rage, but great rage is another reason for not owning a weapon to kill.
Guilty imo, he went overboard. The drunk driver is an idiot not a serial killer. Savage beatings like this are rarely justified. If he would have beat him up I wouldn't mind, but this was too much.
An idiot is someone who believes pro wrestling isn't scripted. This guy knew he might kill someone with his car but drove drunk anyway. He's a murderer and should be treated as one.
Clearly the premeditation isn't the same, that's why drunk drivers regularly get 7-10 years instead of 25, at least more so than serial killers. There are different degrees of murder for a reason. Not all cases are the same.
There are different degrees of murder, and temporary insanity (or crime of passion) is radically different than premeditated murder. Drunk driving is not premeditated murder - the guy didn't intend to kill anyone. The temporary insanity defense should get the guy off completely. I don't know how anyone could not understand the instant rage he felt.
Guilty. Dude had his kids pushing his car on an unlit road in the dark. Probably didn't even have his emergency flashers on. He deserves some blame for his kids' deaths himself.
While he may not have planned on killing those particular children, he KNEW it was quite likely he would kill someone if he drove after drinking. Anyone old enough to drive knows that. We all know it and even when we are drunk we still know it. It's at least as criminal as firing a gun into a crowd of people or setting a theater on fire.
