    Well, he has 3 things going for him:

    1) He's black and somewhat exempfrom white collar crimes by most juries.

    2) He has a lineage that will bode well for him.

    3) As a US Congresman (and before) he has probably done a lot of good things that will mitigate this embezzlement.

    He'll get a sweetheart deal. I also predict he'll be back some day.
