    The old cba had a 10 game window. That's why miles got back on our books cause of the 10 day contract by Memphis. The new cba changed it to 20 games. I just remember hearing that being the new rule.

    does that apply to Roy though? They didn't seek a medical retirement on him, they just amnestied him.

    Insurance would be a separate issue and I don't believe the term of that policy are public.
