    Rudy Gay

He has the freakish athleticism, the size, a decent shot, he's a pretty good defender, he's long, he seems to have a good head on his shoulders, and he's in a great situation in Memphis. He just has all the physical gifts. It's all about the hard work, but he is one of the very few players in this draft class that even have a shot at possibly becomming a franchise player (if he uses his talent/gifts to his advantage and works hard). But potential = nothing without good work ethic. We'll have to wait and see, but I definitely will be rooting for Rudy throughout his career.

Rudy Gay and Tyrus Thomas. Both players are freakish athletes.

Defense, shot blocking, poise, a mid-range jumper, and he's able to play and defend both forward positions.

Then you havn't watched him play. I also got a chance to watch every Bulls summer league game in the Orlando Summer League this summer, and he shot the ball extremely well. He said in prior interviews that he has a shot, and he proved it in Summer League. Plus he did shoot them alright in college, even though his role wasn't to do so.

While he isn't known for being any sort of shooter, he certainly had a good summer league! Regularly knocking in midrange jumpers. I think he will become a nightmare matchup within a few years.

Easily Rudy Gay-He is so talented. He can do everything. He can score points, play defense, rebound, block shots, steal the ball, get a monster, dunk, and even swish a three pointer. The kid is so talented it isn't even funny. He has a ton of athleticism, and he can jump really high too. He will be a great player down the road once he starts to fully develop. He's not close to reaching all his potential yet, so we won't see a huge impact right away.
