The Oakland Raiders will try to restructure quarterback Carson Palmer's contract, according to league sources. The Raiders are scheduled to pay the 33-year-old Palmer $13 million this season. He passed for 4,018 yards with 22 touchdowns and 14 interceptions last season for the Raiders, who acquired the quarterback from the Cincinnati Bengals during the 2011 season for a 2012 first-round draft pick and a second-round selection in the 2013 draft.
