Racial stereotyping is fine if it's about HCP or myself. And religious stereotyping is also fine as along as it's complimentary.

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced, yet savvy, real estate tax accountant in the Portland area? As it stands, I would be getting hosed for over $17,000 in debt forgiveness tax liabilities from a 1099-C. I have a number of mitigating factors, though, and I want to explore every (legal) possibility to have that tax burden reduced, if not eliminated. Thanks in advance!!
