I know it's only been two games, but so far Eric Maynor has been no better than our previous backup point guards--and maybe even worse. The guy seems to have zero confidence in his shot and no clue how to make things happen on the court. let's hope he's actually better than this.
What game are you watching? I nominate this for worst thread of the year. Seriously, What. The. Fuck.
I'm watching Denver vs. Portland. The real question is, what game are YOU watching, because it certainly isn't this one.
Seriously..... he's playing the toughest position in the NBA to just walk in and pick up. Is that so hard to figure out?
I think he did fine. He can't make shots, but he's running the offense a hell of a lot better than Price and Smith.
Dumb thread. 0-4 isn't someone with "no confidence" in his shot. It's someone confident enough to jack 4 shots in 14 minutes, realize it's not his night, and still manage to notch 3 assists. He's been with the team a week. I have a lot more faith in him running the team than Nolan or Price.
The hell he is. Price was just as good as this guy at running the point. I see no substantial difference between them so far.
Are you kidding?? This guy has been in the league for three years. He should be able to step right in and make a significant contribution.
Price and nolan get stripped a lot. Maynor can handle the ball. Regardless, who gives a shit? We gave up nothing for him and get an audition leading into free agency. Seems like an overreaction after the guys 2nd game.
