Does it make sense now, that Maynor played better after having some time to practice with the team and learn the offense?
http://blogs.trailblazers.com/Publi...99/EntryID/4738/IamaUserID/13183/Default.aspx Pass first AND a pass second point guard? Holy shit! I didn't know those existed.
Maynor is the answer until he has a bad game. Then, he's horrible, until his next good game. Except for those who have already given up on him. He'll always be horrible. Until he's not.
After 3 games, his Blazer PER is 3.5. You missed it. http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/m/maynoer01.html Another time is, after a player's 1st game of a season. That's when to verify how they calculate it, with many examples available.
That's what I was talking about. Sites have one game's PER only if it's the 1st game of the season or with a new team. For other stats (not PER), some sites allow sorting by month. So after the 1st game of the month, I plugged numbers into NBA.com's new PIE stat, which at all other times of the month is unverifiable. http://sportstwo.com/threads/231641-Dame-No-Longer-1-Rookie!?p=2966766&viewfull=1#post2966766
I think you meant "There's no such thing as a dumb question. But there is such a thing as a dumb thread." If you're going to offer insults on your first visit, at least get your grammar straight.
