OK I just for fun, I want to see what team had the best legacy of players ever.so take a roster of one team for one year (ex: 96 bulls) and if all the players on that roster were in their prime, how good would the team be?now that i post this it looks like a stupid idea... but heh. idc
Oh really? He didn't? Well in 84 then. How about the Heat of this year or the Lakers in 2004?Heat-Wade, Shaq, Alonzo, Payton, Walker, Posey, Jason Williams, Haslem.Lakers-Kobe, Shaq, Payton, Malone, George, etc.
04 Lakers for sure... Kobe, Shaq, GPayton, the Mailman; if theywere all in their prime they would be dominating for a good chunk of timeI'd like to see the Raptors of today, would be interesting to me
How about the Lakers of 1971? Elgin Baylor, Jerry West, Wilt Chamberlain, and Gail Goodrich would be ridiculous all in their primes.
This is an odd ball team just thrown out there, but what about the 92 Bucks?C Moses MaloneF Orlando WoolridgeF Todd DayG Alvin RobertsonG Blue EdwardsFrank BrickowskiFred RobertsEric MurdockJon Barrywhile they aren't the greatest team ever, they would definatly cause some serious trouble with Woolridge and Malone up front
About the Raptors of today, wouldn't it be better when Hakeem was on the team? That would be pretty crazy, and the insane Vince Carter.
I agree about the 1971 Lakers being badass. Even the 2004 Lakers.1971 Bucks anyone? Big O in his prime running along side Kareem in his prime.
I think the Heat of today is the best. Shaq, Wade, Payton, Alonzo Mourning, Haslem, Walker, Jason Williams, Derek Anderson, James Posey.
The 1963 CelticsBill Russell, John Havlicek, Bob Cousy, Tommy Heinsohn, and Sam Jones all in their prime would be sick.Or how about the 1972 Lakers: Gail Goodrich, Wilt Chamberlain, Elgin Baylor, Jerry West. OMG that has got to be #1 or #2.How about the 1971 Bucks?: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Oscar Robertson, Bob Dandridge, Jon McGlocklin, Bob Boozer. That is sick as well. The Current Heat, perhaps? Shaq, Wade, Payton, Alonzo Mourning, Antoine Walker in their primes. There are some more teams..
Eh, I don't know. Bowen, Duncan, Horry, Ginobili, Parker, Finley, and Van Exel would be decent, but I think the Spurs when they had D-Rob would be better, with Sean Elliot and Mario Elie.
1986 Celtics - Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Bill Walton, Robert Parish, Dennis Johnson, Danny Ainge. That has to be up there.
How about the 1980 LA Lakers? They had:Magic JohnsonKareem Abdul-JabaarMichael CooperSpencer HaywoodNorm NixonJamaal WilkesJust to name a few.Or the 1982 LakersMagic KareemMichael CooperJamaal WilkesBob McAdooNorm NixonMitch KupchakKurt Rambisand some others.
how about the 91-92 Sonics.Michael CageShawn kempRicky PierceEddie JohnsonGary PaytonDana BarrosBenoit BenjaminNate McMillianQuintin DaileyDerrick McKeythat team would really be scary, a lot of offense coupled with a lot of defense.
