I think it's finally time to include Pops in that "Greatest Coach of All-Time" conversation with Red and Phil. He's done it without Duncan, without Ginobili, and now without Parker. I mean, he almost knocked off the defending champs in their home gym with a buncha scraps.

As diehard fans, we might all appreciate Pops and that front-office, but nationally, they should be given more credit. I was thinking when Moneyball was on the other day, how much better a movie it would have been if it were about the Spurs? Just look at all of the international and under-appreciated homegrown talent they've found. Duncan was dropped into their laps and had definitely been the cornerstone, but it seems like everything else they've touched along the way has just turned to gold.

That seems to be a common trait among coaches who last many, many years...Sloan, Karl, etc.

He isn't? I've always considered him the best coach of his generation - far ahead of Phil.

If we lose this, I think I'm taking a break from the team.

Ugh. Duncan dribbles all the way down court and scores.

Tiago Splitter weight 3 pounds to fly off of LA's arm like that.

Hickson actually didn't suck that time! Duncan gets his second foul early!

If I was in Oregon, yes.

I like our energy early. A few defensive breakdowns but we look like we want this badly.
