Are the Jazz tanking? I think they have a difficult off season coming up and are probably going to go with a youth movement in Kantor and Favors. If they plan on letting Jefferson walk and not extending Milsap . . . maybe they are thinking draft pick is better than a one and done series with players may not be there long term. Anyone follow Utah closely who can give us a break down on their team situation? Edit: Just looked at the Jazz salary situation. They are actually sitting pretty being way under the cap. They don't really have any players as they will lose or have to resign Mislap, Jefferson, Mo Williams, Foye, Watson and others. But they have a lot on money to play with this summer.
I think this is a perfectly good thread, and a topic worth discussing on its own. I personally hate the huge "theme" threads" which are endless and very difficult to follow. If Utah is fading, and the Blazers' prospects are rising as a result, that is very good news for all Blazer fans.
