Skeptical about that "upset bonus," but I'm probably down...

...it's only for the 1st round -- it usually just adds a little more fun to the beginning and provides for bragging rights!

I'll get down with that... I think I'm the only person in the country that won money betting Norfolk State over Mizzou last season (granted I largely put the money down to shut up my Mizzou friend). Would have been nice if that one was reflected in my bracket though haha...

...no way, how did you know? Mizzou seemed so "tough"!

Haha, I just edited in that it was largely to shut up my friend from Mizzou, but really, Mizzou just had so little size inside. They were a very small team, even before the injuries, and even for a college team. They had absolutely no post presence but had a pretty lucky stretch there where guys like English and Pressey just played out of their minds. That style of play isn't really sustainable in the tournament, and O'Quinn was really having a great season. So it was sort of a shot-in-the-dark to shut my friend up, but I think the writing was on the wall with that team, enough for me to put money down on it and have them out in my bracket. They were seeded appropriately for their resume but not for their team, sort of like the top three in the Big East will be this year.

...well normally it is around 20-30, but this year we are blasting it out to hundreds and hundreds of people trying to make it even bigger so who knows! I would hope that we can get that number to double or triple at the very least...

Everyone is welcome so feel free to invite anyone and everyone!

Thinking I'm just gonna mail in a $20 bill instead of starting a paypal account or writing a check for 20 bucks. Are you James Rowland? I know it's only $20, but I want to make sure the person getting the money knows who it's from and can let me know that they got it.

...James Rowland is a life long friend that I have known for 25+ years -- he used to be Draco's roommate back in the day too [not sure if that adds to his credibility or not :dunno: haha]! I will make sure he confirms all entries as soon as he receives them -- don't forget to register your bracket on poolhost.com and include that information in your envelope.

I'm down if I can talk my wife into it, it may only be 20 but she is still pissed at me from the bets I put down on the NFL season.

Well, Izzo's never had a four year recruit that didn't at least go to the Final Four, so there's that...
