I never understood why people get so passionate when it comes to wether 2k or Live is better..they're both great basketball games..I just don't get all the fuss about what's better.But anyway, I'll be getting both games this year..as both sound sick as hell.

You like it better because you like all the nice unrealistic dunks and crap. That's not basketball. Click on the link I gave in this thread (video of NBA 2k7), then go to IGN.com and look at an NBA Live 07 video. Live's gameplay SUCKS and the movements are so terrible. I would rather play another season on NBA 2k6 than go out and waste money on that crap. LOL it sounds like I'm going overboard, but if someone honestly thinks that NBA Live's gameplay is BETTER than NBA 2k, then they might have eye problems. It's so bad. It's cartoonish, unsmooth, too fast (they dribble the ball like 7 times in 2 seconds standing in place), it's nothing but a dunkfest, it's unrealistic, etc. The graphics are nice, but the gameplay/player movements are terrible.
