They take a team (Oregon) that has beaten UCLA every time they have played them and lost 6 of their 8 games when the starting PG was out or working himself back in to shape (and they aren't supposed to hold that against a team- but they made a special exception for us) and stuck it to us with a 12th seed to make sure we lost early and gave a definitively weaker team (UCLA) a 6th seed to show they could and UCLA got their teeth kicked in by a weak team.

Oh yeah, screw you too NCAA President from UW.

PS- The Ducks have beaten a #5 & #4 seed like drums.

And yet all this will never earn us any respect in the eyes of the NCAA.

Kudos to the Ducks for getting their groove back at the right time.....but there is no reason to feel picked on.

The Ducks were under .500 down the stretch, and came *very* close to blowing the opening game of the Pac 12 tourney. If they had kept playing the way the were earlier in the season, they would have been a top 4 seed.

I see your point but part of their "selections" and if key players were injured when they lost, how healthy the team is entering the tournament, head to head games... If their rules are properly applied then UO should have been #6 and UCLA #12. And the Zags were probably the worst #1 seed ever. Given their schedule and talent level, a 4-6 seed would have been better.

Zags are the Boise State of CBB. Move them to the PAC-12 and they would be 2nd or 3rd best, and that's only from a glass half-full perpsective.
