Yeah, I've been meaning to check that out. The SD library website is MUCH better than it was a couple of years ago. They must have done a lot of work once eReaders got more popular. The whole reason we got a nook over a kindle was that it can read epub files so it's kind of funny we've never taken advantage of it. Thanks for the link. I'll look through it today. In general, how do those work? Is there a limit on the titles you can have downloaded? Or is there a time limit? I figure you can't just download every new book for free.
WTF? Do you like people stealing your property? Of course not. I write books. That you think stealing my books, my intellectual property, is acceptable just because technology makes is possible, is just plain wrong, aside from illegal. HCP - how would you like it if I tapped into your bank account and took your paycheck? It's the exact same thing.
I have never torrented a book in my life, I buy physical copies only. I was just giving the information that was asked for.
I download lots of ebooks but only ones were i own the physical copy of them. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2
If your wife likes fantasy sc/fi try: Baen Ebooks There are a lot of good free books. The authors feel if you like one of their books you wil turn around and buy from them.
there are book sections on kat.ph (kickasstorrents) I (ahem) know someone who has used it, and has had good experiences.
Unless you're a person who both travels and reads a lot, I don't see why you'd get an e-book. Real books are so much nicer.
Yep.... I pay for everything. Only time I pirate is when some local broadcasting company blacks out my very special team!
You qualify on one account, how much do you read? I'll also allow it if you plan on reading a lot in the near future.
Hurts my shoulders to hold a book to much to read. I couldn't read for a while until I discovered ebooks.
