raymond felton in my opinion because he is quicker and is a better passer!if raymond felton made his shots consistently he will have a better career...
i think felton will for sure. He is quicker and better with the ball. He finishes and passes better. they are about equal in defense i think. the only thing williams has on felton is shooting, and it's not by a longshot or anything.
I am going to have to go with Raymond Felton. First of all, he is more of a natural point guard. He has great leadership and a good court sense. Also, he is a national champion which helps out more than you would think. To add to that, he is surrounded with young talent that will help him out in his future with the Bobcats. He will have many targets that will make him as a good point guard, even better.
