The press release said he was the first player in franchise history to win it four times, but I thought Roy won it four times...

You two are talking about different things. The press release said Dame is the first Blazer to win it AT LEAST 4 times. So 5 is at least 4.

Which means Roy could have only won it 3 times. I am not sure which 3 months though.

 

I'm just going off what the press release said. I was under the impression that Roy only lost one month.
