For one, why not show her some respect? I don't know her personally and haven't seen her on TV or anything, but it seems to me there's no harm. The flip side is, what's the point in pissing her off?
Just seems odd is all. So she spends years autographing them for people and then suddenly she doesn't want anyone to post them?
My guess is that she regrets doing the old photographs and that they don't reflect well upon her at this point in her career. Like she wants to get ahead on talent, not her looks. Seems fair enough to me.
Yeah, sure, show respect which I think True Blue did by taking them down. But, to start threatening about pictures that were professionally done that are on a message board is pretty ridiculous.
This is a forum.... where we post opinions about famous basketball players and, in her case, a famous local journalist. If she doesn't want to have people talk about her or post pictures that she had professionally done, don't become famous. Sorry, they're not nudes and they were obviously distributed for use. She needs to own her past. If she thinks things she did in her past might be embarrassing to her current profession, tough titties. She did them. I just think it's ridiculous when a celebrity doesn't want people posting/talking about something they did. For example, Beyonce tried to get a picture taken down of her while performing at the Super Bowl because it wasn't flattering. Don't perform at the super bowl if you don't want pictures taken. Why does Kacey Montoya (who I had never heard of until this thread) care if a bunch of dudes are looking at a picture of her in a bikini when SHE was the one who had the picture done?
A lawyer would charge her money, which she might be willing to pay. A case may not be as cut and dry as you seem to think. Anyhow, the point is moot. I don't see any reason to get adversarial with the woman, nor any reason to not honor her wishes.

I'd be kinda pissed if you took down a picture I posted for no real reason. I thought this website was run by people with backbones.
Kinda ironic that her asking to take the photos down just leads more people into seeing the pictures. If she had said nothing, this thread would have died down. Instead, the controversy makes the thread continue, and I'm sure most of us wouldn't have taken the time to look at any of the photos - I hadn't even clicked on this thread until I saw that it was still continuing on. And most of us probably wouldn't have googled her, until this.
I saw the threat. It said something like: "My name is Kacey Montoya, you showed a picture of me in a bikini, prepare to die!"
