Fucking Eric Maynor...missing layups, giving up offensive rebounds to Steve Fucking Blake.

And fuck the refs. Once again, their BS calls made the difference in this game.

    Lmao

That's what you take from this game?

Lakers playing with it all on the line, with all all their starters.... and the Blazers without Hickson, Matthews, Batum barely lost.

I'd say we are closer than you think.

Meyers Leonard = not an NBA center.

Please explain to me why I am supposed to be *happy* Hickson is getting kicked to the curb?

"Aldridge is a league star because he draws the double team."

I got a wooden duck decoy who's a bigger star than Aldridge.

Because he would have stopped exactly 0 more shots than Leonard.

I'm totally happy with the season as a whole. I like our team and I like our chances at improving it. I just really, really wanted this one game, however improbable. Fuck the Lakers.

    "Hickson doesn't play defense."

Neither does Leonard, but Hickson's better than Leonard at everything else.

He's a rook, cap'n. He'll be better next year than this one, and we won't be overpaying for a piece we don't desperately need.

Well sure, but "less than perfect" is inferior to "sucks."

One guy is a 21 year 7 footer on rookie scale.

The other is a 24 year old undersized PF who's about to get $$$.

Yeah, I know which one I would keep too.

Turnover Percentage: 14.6%... LA's is 8.9%. Leonard's is 13.3%. he turns the ball over per 36 minutes more than Will Barton.

    Hands. Of. Stone.

Kobe Bryant was freaking amazing tonight. Really, you have to just give the guy a hand, because he played a game tonight that was simply MVP-level.

Sorry to interrupt the latest Blame Game (looks like LMA and Leonard are the latest scapegoats for the perpetual whiners), but the team missed Batum and Matthews tonight big time. Without Bryant thinking he was 26 years old again because he had 2 rookies and a crappy vet (Pavlovic) trying to defend him, the Blazers win this one handily.

It's the guards' fault, and LMA's, for throwing the ball where JJ can't get a solid 3-point stance with it. Hence the turnovers. I blame Leonard, too, just because.

Agreed. Played all 48 minutes, and willed it to happen.
