I would fine Leonard $100 every time he left the key on either offense or defense. I would also tell him to lower his damn shoulder, pivot and throw it down, big man On defense I would give him $100 for every block and for every elbow connected when guys tried to penetrate
With one caveat--he can leave the key to set a screen if he follows up by rolling to the rim and posterizing someone.
And bonus money if the guy he screens hits the floor or holds something afterwards. Also bonus for not sticking his damn leg out
