On jacked up elbows ... he may be referring to the practice (in devil photography) of lifting the elbows in order to lift the sagging appendages. Lifting the elbows like that may harken to earlier shots we've all seen (Marilyn) but it's not actually meant to be a sensual pose (elbows flying high to the sky), but a structural adjustment. The other, more difficult way to avoid the unaesthetic boob droop is to roll the body one way (to get the boobs moving up) and then snapping the photo with a fast shutter speed capturing the breast in mid flight ... err, glide. But I don't think that's the issue here, she seems to have plenty of gel to keep things stationary.
