Maris had the better defense for that post anyway, gun safes make having a gun pointless when you need expeditious access. The reality is you want to legislate every single low-probability-catastrophic event out of existence, but the argument is weak to me. In the long-run there is no such thing as limited arms regulations.
I mostly agree, although some neighborhoods have private contracts addressing animals, guns, etc. I think private contracts addresses both sides of the aisle the best.
Huh? Not sure where you get your definition of bullying. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullying http://www.apa.org/topics/bullying/ Google Definition
I have no doubt that bullying involves intimidation and the sort, but it is legal to have pejorative opinions of someone. Define force? Without a system of property rights it is impossible to determine "force".
I think your definition of bullying is off. When someone constantly makes fun of, lets say "homosexuality" on a boy, there is no violation of property. That person is getting personally attacked because he isn't in the same grouping of the popular kids. If a person constantly gets beat up because the bully knows the kid won't fight back, that is an attack on the physical well being of that kid, not to mention the mental stress the kid faces each day. When I was in grade school, I was a bully. I used to chase a kid around everyday after school and beat him up. I've done other terrible terrible things to other kids, being racist towards Japanese and blacks. Thank god I stopped being an asshole and I also thank him for getting my fair share of beatings by Mexican gangs in high school. Bullying is a terrible terrible thing. Much worse than some dudes breaking in to your house and stealing shit. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Pushing a kid into a locker? Maybe forcing other people to make fun of a certain person they dislike. Maybe you are too old to remember high school, but this happens everyday. And it becomes illegal the moment you cause physical harm. It becomes illegal when a bully takes something from someone else. Bullying is very illegal. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Follow the argument, I'm not talking about physical bullying, I'm referring to the first amendment and government regulation. When I say "Bullying" I'm referring to bullying that requires state intervention that leads to limited speech. State bullying if you will.
I don't really care to know how you were in the past, I am only concerned with the law. Oh and you're wrong, property rights refers to people and their bodies since they are the owners of their bodies. Well no worries this is not what I was referring to at all. Cool down bruh. The fact that someone disagrees with someone else's opinion means nothing, and requires no governmental interference. Everything else you griped about was addressed. I'm talking about going into other people's homes and demanding they not speak rudely to me. Going to websites and demanding people not speak pejoratively towards me.
